Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of 3D IT Solution's services and platforms. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services, products, or platforms provided by 3D IT Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.
2. Services Provided
3D IT Solution provides digital infrastructure services including, but not limited to, web application development, mobile application development, SEO optimization, AI-powered chatbots, ERP systems, and SaaS solutions. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before project commencement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for project delivery. Clients must ensure timely feedback, approvals, and content delivery as outlined in the project timeline. Delays caused by the client's failure to meet these obligations may affect delivery schedules and are not the liability of 3D IT Solution.
4. Payment Terms
All project fees, milestones, and payment schedules are outlined in the individual Service Agreement. Invoices are due within the period specified in that agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. 3D IT Solution reserves the right to pause work on any project with outstanding payments exceeding 14 days past the due date.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives ownership of all custom-developed deliverables created specifically for their project. However, 3D IT Solution retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies, and general intellectual property developed independently. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive business data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any project or agreement and applies indefinitely unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.
7. Limitation of Liability
3D IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the individual Service Agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. 3D IT Solution will deliver all completed work and assets in a reasonable handover period following payment clearance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
10. Changes to Terms
3D IT Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
